Meet Our Team

Evan Larson

Agency Owner

Being part of a family that is now on its third generation of agents in the South Elgin and St. Charles community is a pleasure and a privilege. I’ve had the opportunity to connect with many families and build local relationships that will last for years to come.

As a parent, I understand how important it is to get the right protection to fit a budget and lifestyle. I know how difficult it can be balancing my own family’s needs.

When it comes to insurance for you and your family, I am going to work for you just as you were part of my family to find the right solution and options to meet your needs for protection and reasonable cost. You can count on me to look at the big picture so that you will know you have the right coverages when you need it most.

I believe its important to stand behind my service and I work hard to do that for our customers. As an customer, when you’re in need, I will be there to provide a network of support and repair guarantees. Supporting customers when they need it most is a part of the long-term relationship that we provide.

Jeff Larson

Agency Owner

As a business owner, I have devoted my time to helping people in the Naperville and surrounding areas for over a decade. During that time, I have had the privilege to work in the community to offer a relationship built on the values of honesty, service and caring to thousands of families.

Our philosophy at the Larson Agencies, a family owned business, is to provide honest advice; find the right products to protect your specific needs; and to be there when you need our support. In short, we are focused on building a relationship of trust with our customers that will last for years.

We believe these values are critical to our success and most importantly to building a relationship with you. We look forward to the opportunity to start that conversation with every client. Let’s start today by finding you the right protection for your family and beginning a lasting relationship built on trust and honesty.

Zach Fye

Executive Account Manager

As the Executive Account Manager with The Larson Agencies, I look after your account to ensure that you have the right coverages and protections to match your needs. I generally will be the one who will answer the phone first and I work hard to provide you with an outstanding customer service experience. I am available as a resource to direct you in the right direction and answer any questions you might have on your policies.

I am also the office claim specialist and I will advocate for you during the claims process to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible for you.

When I am not helping clients, I enjoy watching football and playing golf as well as spending time with my family.

Steven Hay

Agency Manager and Director of Sales

As a member of the Larson Agencies Allstate team for over 8 years, I understand the importance of building  relationships guided by trust and honestly with each and every customer.

I am currently the Agency Manager and Director of Sales at our Naperville location. Each and every situation is different and taking the time and care to evaluate your needs is critical to getting you the right protection. For that reason, I am dedicated to providing you with the best possible coverage options that meet your family’s unique needs.  My goal is to always make sure you are aware and protected from the big unexpected losses as well as those small mishaps.

I currently hold a BBA, Bachelors Business Administration & Finance, from Rasmussen College and plan to continue my education toward my MBA sometime next year. When I am out of the office I enjoy golfing and spending time with my fiancé Alex.

Frank Buttacavoli

Senior Sales Agent

As a senior member of Larson Agencies sales team, I take pride in taking the time to understand your individual needs to get you the right protection.

My experience is that most people don’t really understand insurance and what they are protecting against.  I try to educate everyone I work with on the importance of protecting your assets like your home, savings and pay check from a big unexpected loss. Everyone knows to protect their car or home from a minor fender bender or wind storm but, not everyone thinks about the possibility that a serious accident can risk everything you’ve worked for your entire life.  I take the time to make sure you understand what you are protecting and what needs to be protected for your family’s financial security.

I am a native to the Chicagoland suburbs and attended Northern Illinois University. I enjoy spending time with my family and three active kids who keep me running all the time.  When I’m not at work I’m usually at a Baseball or Hockey game for one of my kids.  I can wrestle and defeat three children all at once but, I never win the battle to watch what I want on TV.

Meghan Johns

Executive Account Manager

The insurance industry is like watching a good TV show to me. There are weeks where I’m sitting on the edge of my seat wondering what’s going to happen, and then the next I’m having the time of my life.

I grew up in a very small town where kids would drive their tractors to school… You can image how confused I was when I went to college and learned that isn’t normal. I was a small town girl living in a clueless world.

Besides drinking coffee all day, I love the fact that I get to help people. It brings me joy to make others happy and make sure they’re taken care of and lucky for me, I get to do that every day.

I am completely obsessed with my animals; they are like my children. I have a beautiful and perfect dog named Brutus who loves to hold hands. I also have cat named Sweeny Todd, and yes his name says it all! Lastly, I have a pet pig named Cledus Hambino. He loves to cuddle, eat, and terrorize my arts and crafts drawer at home.

When I’m not working you can find me shoving my face with sushi, hiking with my boyfriend and animals, doing some yoga, reading, or practicing my poi ball twirling – yes, that is a real thing.
